1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to SkuForma (referred to as "SkuForma", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, or tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SkuForma is an AI-powered e-commerce listing image workbench that converts raw product photos uploaded by users into platform-ready listing image sets, including infographics, lifestyle images, main images, comparison grids, and A+ style banners.
3. User Accounts and Security
To access certain features of the Service, you must sign in using a Google account, GitHub account, or email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Uploaded Content and Privacy
You retain all ownership rights to the product photos and specifications you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant SkuForma a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of generating your requested listing images. Your uploaded images are private by default and will not be displayed publicly without your explicit consent.
5. Generated Output Disclaimer
SkuForma utilizes advanced generative artificial intelligence models to construct e-commerce listing assets. We do not guarantee that the generated images will be 100% accurate, error-free, or fully compliant with specific e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, or TikTok Shop) guidelines. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated image drafts before publishing them on any online marketplace.
6. Platform Non-Affiliation
SkuForma is an independent tool. It is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, TikTok, Walmart, eBay, or any other e-commerce marketplace platform.
7. Credits, Payments, and Refunds
SkuForma operates on a credits system. Free plan credits allow generating low-resolution preview drafts. High-definition (HD) watermark-free downloads require purchasing credits or upgrading to a premium subscription plan. All payment transactions are processed securely by our payment provider, Creem. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, and subscription cancelations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkuForma shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
