We collect information you provide directly to us when creating a project or accessing our services. This includes:

• Account Information: Name, email address, profile picture, and account ID supplied by your OAuth provider (Google or GitHub).
• Product Materials: Raw product photographs, product specifications, descriptions, color choices, and brand tone guidelines uploaded during project setup.
• Usage Analytics: Tracking events of activities on SkuForma, such as creation of projects, image generation triggers, and download clicks.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the SkuForma image generator workbench.
• Process transactions and update account credits.
• Store and display your generated images in your private user dashboard.
• Analyze site traffic and user flows to optimize interface usability and conversion funnels.

3. Storage and Data Privacy

Your uploaded raw product photos and generated e-commerce image drafts are stored securely using Cloudflare R2 object storage.

Your assets are private by default. SkuForma will not disclose or publish your product photos, descriptions, or generated listing visuals to the public showcase gallery, examples index, or third parties without your explicit request or consent.

4. Sharing with AI Service Providers

To deliver our core AI generation services, we transmit your uploaded product photos and product brief variables to AI generation processing endpoints (such as `apimart.ai` and `kie.ai`). These service providers process your data strictly to execute the generation job and return the output asset, and are governed by their respective confidentiality policies.

5. Payment Security

We do not store credit card credentials or payment details on our servers. All billing and card processing is conducted by our merchant payment gateway partner, Creem, in compliance with PCI-DSS regulations.

6. Cookies and Third-Party Cookies

We utilize cookies and JWT tokens to maintain secure logged-in sessions. We may integrate Google Analytics tracking to evaluate site interactions. You can adjust your browser configurations to refuse cookies, though some service interfaces may not function correctly as a result.

7. Data Deletion Rights

You have the right to delete your projects and associated images at any time directly through the dashboard. If you wish to delete your SkuForma account and all associated personal records permanently, please contact us at support@skuforma.com.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post modifications on this page and revise the "Last updated" date accordingly.
